About this guide
For many years I have photographed and taken notes on every Eggs Benedict I come across on my travels. This is where they become a travel guide.
Every entry starts with a photo and my notes: what the place is like, how the Eggs Benedict was and how many stars it deserves. These notes appear in each entry’s “notebook”, translated from German. The guide text around them is based on them.
